“Self-care can look a lot of ways, and given that it’s a huge component of what I teach to my patients, I’m always looking for new ways to practice it.”

— Dr. Casie Danenhauer Humble

My name is Casie Danenhauer Humble, Doctor of Physical Therapy and I believe that the pelvic floor and pelvic health should no longer live in mystery, hideout in shame, be a source of torture, or be taboo conversation!

As someone with a history of pelvic floor dysfunction and pelvic pain, I have found that a holistic approach to wellness is the most efficient and effective path towards pelvic health - and towards more awareness of health in general.  For me, this holistic approach is rooted in my yoga practice and my experience as a pelvic floor physical therapist.

I’m grateful to have the opportunity to spread the word about the pelvis and to help people experience more wellness through pelvic health. I particularly enjoy helping those in the perinatal years, experiencing pelvic pain, or healing from trauma.

When I’m not working with my patients you’ll find me enjoying my 2 year old daughter or daydreaming about our next adventure.

Check out my resume below and visit my blog for a more detailed outline of where I’ve been and what I’ve done!
