Personalized Holistic Physical Therapy

Dr. Casie Danenhauer Humble's hands working with a client's abdomen

For one-on-one care Enlighten Physical Therapy currently offers in-person and telehealth physical therapy services. We also offer in-home visits for postpartum patients in their 4th trimester. We treat clients using a cohesive blend of manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, physical yoga postures, breathing activities, and meditation. We use health coaching skills to empower our clients to take the lead in managing their own health in all settings. We integrate individualized exploration of nutrition, energy, emotions, and lifestyle into every healing program as key components in treating pelvic or chronic pain. We also work with a multidisciplinary team of other providers to ensure my clients are receiving the utmost well-rounded care.

The Enlighten approach is for those who have:

  • Failed “traditional” approaches including injections, surgeries, medication, or physical therapy.

  • Are open to East-meets-West treatment approaches.

  • Are willing to explore the more energetic, emotional, and lifestyle components of wellness.

  • Are interested in deepening their connection with their body, their health, and overall wellness.

In response to a great deal of inquires about the Larry Nassar sexual assault case, Dr. Casie Danenhauer, DPT responds with a video discussing the standards of care in PT and what a pelvic floor PT visit should look at and entail.
