My background as an orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapist has allowed me to see the benefits of using a yoga- based approach for a wide variety of diagnoses and concerns.

For one-on-one care I currently offer physical therapy services, therapeutic yoga, and health coaching in person or over Skype.  I treat clients using a cohesive blend of manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, physical yoga postures, breathing activities, and meditation.  I use my health coaching skills to empower my clients to take the lead in managing their own health in all settings.  I integrate individualized exploration of nutrition, energy, emotions, and lifestyle into every healing program as key components in treating pelvic or chronic pain.  I also work with a multidisciplinary team of other providers to ensure my clients are receiving the utmost well-rounded care.

If you:

  • Have failed “traditional” approaches including injections, surgeries, medication, or physical therapy
  • Are open to East- meets- West treatment approaches
  • Are willing to explore the more energetic, emotional, and lifestyle components of pain

then you will benefit from working with me either directly or in a retreat setting.  Below is a list of signs/symptoms/diagnoses that often benefit from a more integrative approach to healing.
